Any Woes, Human Friend?

 

Some days you can’t quite explain what’s wrong. The feelings are there, heavy and confusing, but the words never seem to show up. Luckily, a small alien friend is willing to ask the question anyway.

“Any woes, human friend?”

Sometimes there isn’t a solution, and sometimes turning into a bubble probably wouldn’t help. But sitting quietly with someone who cares can make the universe feel a little less overwhelming.
